Returns
At KIKO MAX, we offer a free returns and refunds program for the following regions:

Customers with an eligible address will see a “free return” sign on the webpage of the eligible products. Customers can request a free return and refund for those products within 15 days of receiving their order.
Customers can go to local post offices to return unwanted products and receive their refund in three days. The processing time varies depending on the payment solution they used to buy the product.
Refunds
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from KIKO MAX. If you are not happy with your paint by number kit, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for kits that have been opened or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging. If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy "Free Return" on all items. If you return the item one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

A full refund will be given once the Supplier has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund from AliExpress.

Your refund will be returned to the same billing address used to make the original payment on the order with the supplier.

We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.
